Setup
- 2 goals set at a 90° angle
- 4 cones to mark a 7 x 7 meter square
- 2 cones to mark starting positions
- Divide players into 2 groups, each opposite a goal
- 1 ball per player
Procedure
- Yellow dribbles from the green cone, enters the square, and shoots at the opposite goal.
- Once the shot is taken, Red dribbles into the field and attempts a shot.
- Yellow must immediately turn after their shot and engage in a 1-on-1 duel against Red to prevent the shot.
- Once Red shoots or loses possession, the next Yellow player enters the field to attempt a goal against Red.
- After taking the shot, the player moves to the other side.
