Setup

Structure of a cone / rod triangle. The two players position themselves on the cones according to the graphic. The player in the front has a ball.

Procedure

The player runs as fast as possible in side skipping or in forward / backward skipping through the hurdle triangle. The path is: into the hurdle triangle, out to the front, out to the left, back into the middle and then finally out to the left. Immediately after leaving, he receives a passport, which he plays back precisely and powerfully.

Tip

- Short, quick movements on the footpads (not the whole foot). The heels must not touch the ground, the legs / arms are bent and swing with the natural counter-movement (right arm / left foot). The upper body is bent forward. Short ground contact time, top speed. - Clean, precise passing game. - 3 rod (s), 5 cones
