Construction of a Goal, two starting cones behind which the players line up and a cone on which the bouncer positions himself. The balls are with the players at the start cone of the group A.
Player A passes the ball to the bouncer. He passes the ball flat (later half high or high) in the path of player A. Player A, on his part, now passes the ball directly into the path of player B, who controls the ball and completes the action with a shot on goal. Then A becomes a bouncer, the bouncer gets into group B and the player from group B goes to group A.
- The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - Player B starts parallel with player A's kick-out before he passes the ball into B's course. - The ball
receiveing and play should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
