Tip
- The pass to the wall passer is played to his strong foot. - The wall passer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into his backswing and then briefly comes toward the ball. - Pay attention to correct body posture when shooting: upper body over the ball; plant foot offset about 30-40 cm to the side of the ball, foot pointing in the direction of the shot; arms swing along; the arm closest to the shooting leg follows the leg's backswing, the other arm is brought forward; eyes are on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Different shooting techniques (inside of the foot, instep, outside of the foot, inside drive, curl, etc.) can be practised (possibly on the coach's instruction). - 2 cones, 1 full-size goal(s)
