Shot on goal after pass combination

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a goal, two start cones (A + B) on which the players line up and one, on which the bouncer positions himself. The balls are at the players of the group A.

Procedure

The starting player (A) juggles the ball. Then he passes the ball with a volley to the bouncer, who passes the ball directly to player B. Player B takes the ball with a single contact and shoots on goal. Variant: Player B must use the ball directly from the bouncer. The following position changes take place in the following order: Starting player A becomes a bouncer, the bouncer competes in group B and the group B starting player approaches group A after having picked up the ball.

Tip

- Also demand shots on goal with the weak foot (always alternately once right - once left etc.). 30- 40 cm laterally to the ball, foot pointing in the direction of the shot, arms swinging, the arm closest to the firing leg makes the outward movement of the leg with ( is shot with the right, the right arm goes in a backward movement and the left arm forward), the view is directed at the moment of the shot on the ball). - Immediately after the starting player A has hit the ball to the bouncer, he runs to the position of the bouncer, who in turn immediately after his pass, runs behind Group B. - The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player A goes into the hollowing-out movement and then comes to meet the ball briefly. - The ball
receivement and play should be a fluid movement. A too far rebounding of the ball or a deviating from the straight track approach and take, should be avoided. -The ball receivement and play should always be done with a single contact. - While volleiing the upper body is slightly bent forward. The ball is hit at a low point (not too high). So the ball gets a stronger pressure and a higher accuracy. - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
