Set up a goal, two starting cones (A+B) where the players line up, and one where the wall passer positions. The balls are with the players of group A.
Procedure
The starting player A juggles the ball. Then he passes the ball volley to the wall passer, who redirects the ball directly to player B. Player B receives the ball with one touch and shoots on goal. Variation: Player B must finish the ball from the wall passer directly. The subsequent position changes follow this order: Starting player A becomes the wall passer, the wall passer lines up at group B, and the starting player of group B lines up at group A after retrieving the ball.
Tip
- Demand shots with the weak foot as well (always alternating once right - once left, etc.). - Pay attention to body posture when shooting (upper body over the ball; plant foot approx. 30-40 cm offset to the side of the ball, foot pointing in the shooting direction; arms swing along; the arm closest to the kicking leg follows the leg's backswing motion (when shooting with the right, the right arm goes back and the left arm forward); eyes are on the ball at the moment of the shot). - As soon as starting player A has passed the ball to the wall passer, he immediately runs to the wall passer's position, who in turn immediately lines up behind group B after his pass. - The wall passer makes a short counter-movement as soon as starting player A goes into the backswing and then comes briefly toward the ball. - The ball reception and control should be a fluid movement. Excessive bouncing of the ball or reception deviating from a straight running path should be avoided. - Ball reception and control should generally be done with one touch. - For the volley shot, the upper body is slightly bent forward. The ball is struck at a low point (not too high). This gives the ball more power and greater accuracy. - 3 cones, 1 full-size goal(s)
