  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players

Setup

Construction of a goal, three poles and just as many starting cones according to the drawing. The players are evenly distributed to the starting cones. The balls are in Group A as well as the coach and the second goalkeeper who stands next to the goal.

Procedure

Player A plays a pass to player B, which passes the ball back towards player A at the baseline. Immediately after play, players B and C start thair sprint towards the goal and cross at the moment when player A reaches the ball played by B and flanks it into the 16. B and C complete the action with a shot on goal. Player C must then score a second ball from the coach or the second goalkeeper. After each pass the positions are exchanged.

Tip

- The opening pass from A should be done towards the strong foot of B. - B must time his pass so that A can reach him shortly before the baseline and flank him straight into the 16. - B and C start immediately after B has passed the ball to player A. - Cross at the time of the outward movement from A to the flank. - The goal type is developed according to the type of entry (flat pass, flank ball half-high / high). In any case, there should be a direct acceptance. - When shooting at the goal, pay attention to the following posture: upper body over the ball; Leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing along; the arm that is closest to the weft leg follows the movement of the leg, the other is brought forward; the gaze is on the ball at the moment of the shot. - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
