Shot on goal after passrelay

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a goal and three cones (A-C) according to the drawing. At each cone, a player is positioned. The remaining players line up at the cone A. The players on the cone A have the balls.

Procedure

Player A plays the ball to B. He passes directly to Player C who shoots the goal. Then change the position counterclockwise (A-> B / B-> C / C-> A).

Tip

- The opening pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - Before each pass the pass receiver makes a countermovement. - Pay attention to a powerful and precise passing game. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - The shooter should shoot the ball out of the counter-movement and in front of the cone directly to the goal. - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
