Construction of a goal and two opposing coneseries with 3 cones (see drawing) and a starting cone. At each cone, a player is positioned. The remaining players position themselves at the starting position A.
The player at starting position A will play a double pass with each player at each opposing cone, starting with a double pass with player B. After the relay the player shoots on goal. After the pass 5 (see drawing) the next player starts. The bouncers change regularly.
- The respective double-pass partner (Bouncer) makes a short counter-movement as soon as the pass-player goes into the hollow-out movement. - The pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - If possible, all passes should be played directly. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 7 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
