Shot on goal after side double pass

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a goal, a start cone behind which the players line up and a cone on which the bouncer positions himself. The balls are with the players at the start cone.

Procedure

The starting player plays the ball with his right foot to the left foot of the bouncer. He lets the ball bounce off to the side so that the starting player can shoot the ball after a short sprint, directly behind the cone, from the turn right on the goal (twists). The exercise is set up twice, so that you can then shoot from the other side with the left.

Tip

- Twirling: The ball is shot with the inside / toe and thus gets an arcuate twist. The player goes with power in the upper body in a lateral position. A slight supine position is also not unusual. - The next player starts right after the shot. - The track of the players is almost parallel to the bouncer. - The goal is to learn a targeted goal completion from the movement. - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
