Construction of a goal and four cones (A-D) according to the drawing. At the cones B-D a player is positioned, the rest is positiones a cone A with balls.
Player A plays a pass to player B. He directs the ball through a direct pass to player C, who in turn bounces the ball into the track of player D who shoots the ball on goal. Players start their action with a counter-movement before passing on the pass, at the moment when the frontman is picking it up. The position change of the players takes place clockwise.
- The pass receiver / bouncer makes a brief counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing out movement. - The pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 4 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
