Shot on goal with a double pass and hind leg

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a goal, two bouncer cones (B + C) and a starting cone (A) according to the drawing. One player stands at the bouncer cone, the remaining players line up with ball at the starting cone.

Procedure

The player A plays a double pass with B and then passes the ball directly to C. After A has completed his second pass, he takes the position of B. The player B runs behind A directly after he has played back the pass and uses the pass of C (4) to shot on goal. The player B then takes the position of C and player C runs to the position of player A.

Tip

The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - The pass to the bouncer should be played on his strong foot. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - Player B starts immediately after he has returned the ball to player A. - The subsequent position changes must run fast so that there are no delays. - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
