Shot on goal with dribbling on two goals

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a cone rectangle with two gates. In between, two dribble courses with six cones each are set up on both sides. One goalkeeper goes into the goal and two players next to the goal.

Procedure

Before the blue player dribbles away, the goalkeeper throws the ball at him and has to take the ball out of motion with a ball contact. The blue player then dribbles the outside of the first three cones (1). This is followed by dribbling with the inside (2) and then sprint dribbling with the full span (3). During dribbling, the player checks off (4) and then makes a feint (5). Finally, the goal is closed (6). The red players do the same exercise on the other goal.

Tip

- The ball should be taken into the barrel with a ball contact. - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the start of dribbling. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The legs are slightly bent in the knee joint during execution. - Tight ball guidance (ball should not leave the foot more than 50 cm). - With full-span dribbling, the ankle must be open. - When making a feint, note that a body illusion is being made. - Shoot into the corners precisely and sharply when shooting. - 16 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
