Construction of a goal, two starting cones and a cone on which the bouncer is positioned according to the drawing. The players are evenly distributed to the two starting cones. The balls are also distributed to both starting cones. The starting players always have a ball.
The bouncer is alternately played by the respective starting players of the two groups with a flat, short and quickly fitted ball. He lets the ball bounce back into the path of the starting player and orients himself to the starting player of the second group. The incoming player shoots the ball directly on goal. Then he starts at the other starting cone. If the bouncer has the ball back, the starting player of the other cone starts with his pass. The bouncer changes regularly. It creates a two-legged pass and scoring training.
- Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. For this you can shoot from a cone only with left, from the other only with the right foot and let pass. - Ensure correct posture during firing (upper body above the ball, support leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot pointing in the direction of the shot, arms swinging, the arm closest to the firing leg, makes the kicking movement of the leg the other one is led forward, the eyes are focused on the ball at the moment of the shot). - The bouncer makes a brief counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - Make sure that the waiting players start the exercise as soon as the bouncer has returned the ball to the player performing. - The starting player runs after his pass only when the bouncer goes into the countermovement. - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
