  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players

Setup

Two parcours lying side by side are set up with poles and cones. A goal is built according to the graphic. A goalkeeper goes into the goal. The balls are distributed next to the goal at the cone by the coaches. The players are distributed behind both courses at the starting cones and lined up in a row.

Procedure

The players alternate in skipping over the triangle of cones or the square of sticks, sprint towards the ball matched by the coach and shoot it directly onto the goal. Running variants: - Skipping forward + sideways - One-leg jumps - Two-leg jumps - Two skipping forward and one back - Skipping forward, then left, right and straight from play variants: - Flat - Half-high for volleys - High for headers or for ball control with the chest + shot - Bouncing balls - The play can be done with foot or hand.

Tip

- The aim is to promote fast, explosive movements and starts, paired with techniques appropriate to the game (ball control, header, goal shot). - Pay attention to the sharpness and accuracy of the shot. - Palms are open, do not make fists. - Loose, easy manner, no trampling or pounding but light-footedness. - Fast, short movements. - Short contact with the ground. - The sprint is started in step position on the footpads. At the beginning, the upper body is bent forward, the center of gravity is at the waist, the view goes down. After applying pressure on the footpads, the upper body is gradually raised, the gaze rises and the cadence increases. The arms are actively moved alternately with the leg movement (if the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the footpads, the entire foot is rolled (heel-> sole-> footpads), the upper body is upright and calm, the step frequency increases to the maximum. - 7 bars, 11 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
