There are two opposing courses with hurdles and cones. According to the graphic, a goal is built in the middle. A goalkeeper possitions himself into the goal. The balls are distributed next to the cones in the field. The players are distributed on the two courses and the starting cones next to the goal and line up in a row. In the middle of the field, two cones are positioned on the left and right.
Player A jumps over a hurdle, sprints to the ball, dribbles with it to the cone and shoots. Player B also jumps over a hurdle at the same time, sprints to the ball, dribbles around the cones and shoots. Player A is usually faster, since it has the shorter travel distance, so both players can start almost simultaneously.
- The aim is to promote fast, explosive movements and starts, paired with game techniques (dribbling, goal shot). - Pay attention to the sharpness and accuracy of the shot. - Palms are open, do not make fists. - Loose, easy manner, no trampling or pounding but light-footedness. - Fast, short movements. - Short contact with the ground. - The sprint is started in step position on the footpads. At the beginning, the upper body is bent far forward, the center of gravity is at waist level, the view goes down. After pressing hard on the footpads, the upper body is gradually raised, the gaze rises and the cadence increases. The arms are actively moved alternately with the leg movement (if the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the footpads, the entire foot is rolled off (heel-> sole-> footpads), the upper body is upright and calm, the step frequency increases to the maximum. - 6 cones, 2 hurdle (s)
