Construction of a goal and three cones according to the drawing. One player (B and C) are placed at each of the two cones close to the goal, the remaining players (A) stand with a ball at the third cone.
The player A plays a double pass with B and then a double pass with C. Then there is a short dribbling and a shot on goal. The shooter gets the ball and ranks behind the group A. The two bouncers are changed regularly.
- The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - The pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - The acceptance and entrainment should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - Watch out for a narrow ball when dribbling. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 3 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
