Hurdles, poles and cones are used to set up two opposing and one side course. According to the graphic, three gates are built up at the head ends and the outside. A goalkeeper goes into each goal. The balls are distributed next to the side goal or between the two players and the thrower. The players are distributed on the courses and the starting cones and line up in a row. A cone for the players is positioned in the middle of the field. A cone is set up next to the stations and at a distance from the hurdles for the thrower.
All three stations start at the same time. After completing an exercise at one station, players move clockwise to the next. At station I, player B jumps over the hurdles, followed by a skipping run over the bars, a header after a throw, another skipping run over bars, a sprint to player I with a shot on goal. At station II, player A goes through the pole course in sidestep, sprints to player II and shot on goal. At station III, player C runs in slalom for the first two cones, then sprint forward / backward in an interplay and finally a shot on goal passed from the goalkeeper. Player B lines up at station II, A at station III and C at station I.
- The aim is to train perception, anticipation, reaction and to promote fast, explosive movements and starts, paired with techniques appropriate to the game (header, goal shot). - Pay attention to the sharpness and accuracy of the shot. - Palms are open, do not make fists. - Loose, easy manner, no trampling or pounding but light-footedness. - Fast, short movements. - Hold the bow tension when heading and head the ball with your forehead. - Short contact with the ground. - The sprint is started in step position on the footpads. At the beginning, the upper body is bent far forward, the center of gravity is at waist level, the view goes down. After applying pressure on the footpads, the upper body is gradually raised, the view rises and the cadence increases. The arms are actively moved alternately with the leg movement (the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the footpads, the entire foot is rolled (heel-> sole-> footpad), the upper body is upright and calm, the step frequency increases to the maximum. - 4 poles, 10 cones, 8 hurdles
