Construction of two opposite goals as well as four starter cones (see drawing). The players are evenly distributed to the four starting cones. The players of group A and B1 have the balls.
The players adjust the balls to shot on goal. Player A begins playing into the running tack of player B and player B1 begins playing into the track of player A1. The players B and A1 shoot the played balls directly on goal. The players then change positions in a clockwise direction. To change the weft foot, players B and A1 become the pass and B1 and A the scorer. Option: Shot on target after previous ball and take-off (flat / high).
- If the passer-by starts to move, the ball-receiving player starts. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. For this one can only shoot from one side with left, from the other only with right. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, volley, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - The ball entrainment and further play should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - Ball entrainment and further play should always be done with a contact, the shot on goal is thus with the second contact. - If the starting player opens with a flying ball, this should be done with the the semi-instep. This gives the ball a linear, slightly ascending trajectory and can thus be transferred much faster from A to B compared to a curved ball played on the inside of the foot. - When accepting the ball with the chest. The upper body, at the moment of the ball contact, must be turned towards the goal and thus leads the ball in the desired direction. - In volley, the upper body should be slightly bent forward and hit the ball at a low point (not too high). This gives the ball more pressure and accuracy. - 4 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
