Construction of two opposing goals as well as two start and one bouncer cone (see drawing). A player goes to the bouncer cone, the rest are distributed with a ball evenly at the two starting cones.
The player of group B plays a double pass with the bouncer and then shoots the ball directly on goal. Now the bouncer turns to the other side and receives a pass from the player of group A. He also bounces off the side of the shot. The players who have fired pick up their ball and line up behind the other group. Option: The bouncer can also bounce the ball back into the pass of the passing player, who then has to take control of the ball from the shortly before he shoots the goal. The bouncer changes regularly.
- Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - After a double pass, the bouncer must turn immediately to the other side to play the next double pass with the other group. - The pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - Different shots techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - The receiving and play of the ball should be done with one contact - 3 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
