Setup

The goalkeeper stands in front of the goal, the goalkeeper coach with balls to the side of the goalkeeper, at the edge of the penalty area.

Procedure

The goalkeeper catches the balls thrown by the coach after jumping from a standing position. Variation: As an obstacle for the goalkeeper, a player/additional goalkeeper can position themselves near the goalkeeper.

Tip

- The goalkeeper jumps forward toward the ball. The arms are extended upward and the ball is caught at the highest point. The takeoff leg is extended, the other leg is bent and pulled toward the body. - To support the takeoff, a small hurdle can be placed in front of the goalkeeper. - 1 full-size goal(s)
