Setup

2 players stand opposite each other next to a cone and pass the ball to one another.

Procedure

2 players pass the pall with one or more touches. Alternative: - Control with the instep, pass with the outstep. - 'Laces' and/or crossing technique - Pass on the ground - Pass in the air - Passing with the outstep - Control a thrown ball from the partner on the head and then pass back with the laces or instep - Control a thrown ball from the partner on the thigh and then pass back with the laces or instep - Control a thrown ball from the partner on the chest and then pass back with the laces or instep

Tip

2 cones or more, - This exercise offers many variations. - When controlling the ball, the standing leg is often too far away from the ball. As a result, the player often leans back. The standing leg should be 30-40 cm to the side of the ball. - When passing the ball the player's foot should be slightly lifted and swung downwards towards the ball.
