Construction of a gate and a start cone for the players. A bouncer positions himself next to the gate. The balls are at the players at the start cone.
The player at the start cone plays a pass to the bouncer at the side of the goal and runs towards it. The bouncer fits the ball back in the way so that the player can shoot the ball directly on the goal. Then the next player starts from the start cone etc. The bouncer changes regularly. Variations: 1. The starting player takes the ball and shoots with the second ball contact on goal. 2.The starting player plays a flat pass or flying ball. 3. The bouncer plays the ball flat or high back. 4th competition: scoring goals, the bouncer is allowed to use additional margin. In this variant, the bouncer may leave his position after he has the ball and actively exploit the margin in his favor.
- The goal is to learn the correct in-side shot, butt-kick, inside-kick, and twirl technique, thereby increasing shot-speed and shot precision. - Also demand shots on goal with the weak foot (always alternately once right - once left etc.). Pay attention to posture when shooting (upper body above the ball, supporting leg about 30-40 cm laterally to the ball, foot pointing in the direction of firing, arms swinging, the arm closest to the firing leg with the leg (with is shot with the right, the right arm goes in a backward movement and the left arm forward), the view is directed at the moment of the shot on the ball). - Immediately after one player has fired, the next one will start to avoid delays. - If the starting player opens with a flying ball on the bouncer, this should be done with the the semi-instep. This gives the ball a linear, slightly ascending trajectory and can thus be transferred much faster from A to B compared to a curved ball played on the inside. - The bouncer makes a brief counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - The ball recevement and backplay should be a fluid movement. Too much rebounding of the ball or deviating from the straight path should be avoided. - ball recevement and backplay should always be done with a contact, the shot on goal is thus with the second contact. - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
