One pass takes about 10 seconds. The number of players is unlimited. Two cones can mark the start and end.
The player makes short, quick movements on the footpads (not on the whole foot) at maximum speed with the shortest possible contact time with the ground. The heels should not touch the ground, the legs / arms are bent and oscillate according to the natural counter-movement (right arm / left foot). The upper body is bent forward. The sequence of movements is as follows: 1 - The player bends the left leg 45 degrees and moves on the ball of the right foot 2 - The left leg is moved explosively downwards. Shortly before it touches the ground, the right leg is led upwards in an impulse 3 - The player touches the ball of the left foot, the right leg is now angled to 45 degrees 4 - The right leg is led downwards
- The palms of the hands are open (makes 3/100 difference seconds to a sprinter). - You walk on the footpads and not on your whole foot or heel. - Loose, light-footed manner, no trampling or stamping. - The arms bent on the body move alternately with the legs. Not away from the body (no goal celebration). - As diagonally as possible (left arm / right foot and vice versa). - Quick, short movements. - Short ground contact time.
