Construction of a course according to the graphic. The players line up in a row.
All four players run simultaneously in linear or side skipping and pass three of the four pole stations before they get to the balls. Each player takes a ball and dribbles it onto the other side of the cone and deposits it there. Then the next players start and the others line up again at the starting cones.
- The palms are open, do not make fists (makes 3/100 seconds with a sprinter) - Walking on the footpads, not on the whole foot. - Loose, light-footed appearance, no trampling or pounding. - The arms bent at the body move alternately with the legs. Not away from the body. - Fast, short movements. - Short ground contact times. - Skippings => short, quick movements on the footpads (not on the whole foot). The heels should not touch the ground, the legs / arms are angled and swing with the natural counter-movement (right arm / left foot). The upper body is bent forward. Short contact with the ground, top speed. - The players have to pay attention to their walking paths so that they do not collide. - When dribbling, tight, precise ball control at high speed is required. - The ball must be placed next to the cone. - This exercise can be organized as a temporary competition. - 2 cones, 8 hurdle (s)
