The station is build up with two cones. Three players are assigned to each station. The thrower goes to one of the cones with a ball, at the other cone two players are with a Deuserband. A stable rise, e.g. a diving box, is set up 2-3 m from the right cone.
Player B does skippings in front of the 30-50 cm high showcase. Player B is held by player C with a Deuser band (or with his arms). Player A now throws the ball to player B in such a way that he has to climb onto the box and head the ball back from there. 10-20 repetitions, then change. Alternative: A throws B a medicine ball, which the Player B catches and throws back at chest height. 10-20 repetitions, then change.
- Skipping => short, quick movements on the footpads (not on the whole foot). The heels should not touch the ground, the legs / arms are angled and swing with the natural counter-movement (right arm / left foot). The upper body is bent forward. Short contact with the ground, top speed. - Precise and precise passing game or header. - With the Deuserband (running against a resistance) the starting speed is trained. By working into the Deuserband, a high muscle tension (high muscle tone) is built up. This creates energy that is stored for a short time and released at the moment the resistance ceases to exist. - At the start you start in step position on the footpads. At the beginning, the upper body is bent far forward, the center of gravity is at waist level, the view goes down. After papplying pressure on the footpads, the upper body is gradually raised, the view rises and the cadence increases. The arms are actively moved alternately with the leg movement (the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the footpads, the entire foot is rolled (heel-> sole-> footpad), the upper body is upright and calm, the step frequency increases to the maximum. - 2 cones
