  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players

Setup

  • Set up two rows of 8 slanted poles with a distance of approximately 1 meter between them
  • Place starting cones and cones to mark the field
  • Set up 2 mini goals

Procedure

Divide two equal-sized groups into each row of poles.

  • Variation 1: Players slalom through the poles. The fastest player is allowed to take the ball from their goal and try to pass it into the opposing goal. The other player aims to prevent this (1 vs. 1 duel). The group that first passes all balls into the opposing goal wins.
  • Variation 2: Similar to Variation 1, but players slalom through the poles and then sprint to the duel area.

Tip

Coaching Points

  • Players should run as closely as possible past the poles. Encourage feints during duels. Defenders should focus on the ball.
