Pitch: Mark out an area of 20 x 20 metres with four cones. In the middle of each side stands a mini goal, next to it a flat marker identifies that goal by colour. Goals lying next to each other get the same colour, so that two opposite goals always differ in colour. The two directions of play are named: one direction is called A, the one running across it is called B.
Equipment: 4 cones, 4 flat markers in two colours, 4 mini goals, bibs in three colours, balls.
Players: Two teams as well as one neutral player in a separate bib colour who always plays for the team in possession. Both teams are assigned to one goal colour each. The coach stands beside the playing area.
