  • Training Set Progression, Main point, End
  • Number of Players 10-15 players, 16-22+ players

Setup

• 16 cones to build 4 squares (Base 1-4).
• 2 cones to mark finish line
• 1 mini goal
• 1 ball
• Divide teams of equal size

Procedure

Baseball is played with a soccer ball.

The first player from green shoots the stationary ball into the field and immediately starts towards the bases.

Red players must take the ball and fit into the mini goal as quickly as possible. Until then, the green player (and then the other players in the field) can run around the field.

If the ball has been played into the goal and a player from green is not in any base, he is out.

If a player crosses the finish line, there is a point.

If the shooting player runs through, there's a home run and 3 points!

Tip

• There may not be 2 or more players in a base
