  • Age U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point

Setup

• 2 goals with goalkeepers

• 4 boundary poles

• 6 marker cones

• 4-8 cones

• all available balls

Procedure

Both goalkeepers start the action at the same time by rolling the ball into the run of the player next to them.

The players take the ball into the motion and start speed dribbling through the bars and finish on goal.

Then you line up on the other side again, so that there is a round run.

Variation 1:

Start the process on the other side and dribble and finish with the other foot.

Variation 2:

The coach says whether to dribble through the poles, outside or inside of the poles.

Variation 3:

The players play a low-driven ball and a diagonal pass at the same time and then speed dribble through the poles to set up their shot.

Tip

Coaching Points:

• take a touch that allows you to increase dribbling with speed

• tight dribbling/ movements
