A cone course is set up in front of a goal according to the drawing. The players are lined up in a row at the starting cone. There is a goalkeeper positioned in the goal. A thrower is positioned on the side of the conr course. The balls are at the thrower. There shouldn't be more than 10 players per station.
The player at the starting cone stands with his back to the goal and to the side of the thrower. The thrower throws the ball to him. As soon as the starting player sees the ball, he turns to the ball, accepts it and controls it. Then he dribbles the path sketched in the graphic through the cone course at top speed. At the level of the last cone he shoots on goal. As soon as the player has dribbled through the first cone goal, the thrower can throw the ball to the next player. The thrower should be changed regularly.
- As soon as the player sees the ball, he makes an explosive 180 degree turn and starts speed dribbling. - Tight ball control. - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the start of dribbling. When he stops and pulls back the ball, he straightens up a bit. - When performing a body feint, the body's center of gravity shifts to the right or left depending on the direction of execution due to the lateral bending of the upper body, which is typical for body feints. - Do not lean backwards. - The arms are angled in the elbow joint and are carried sideways by the body, according to the normal arm movement when running / walking. - Bend your leg when taking the ball with you. - The ball is only touched lightly ("gently"). A sensitivity for the ball has to be built up. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The legs are slightly bent in the knee joint during execution. - Tight ball guidance (ball should not leave the foot more than 50 cm). - The aim is to train perception, anticipation, reaction and the start with game-appropriate ball technique (dribbling, shot on goal). - 11 cones
