A square cone grid is set up. Inside the grid, the players are arranged in multiple rows standing behind each other, similar to a chessboard. The rows (horizontal) are given alphabetical designations and the columns (vertical) numerical ones, so that each player is assigned a precise position consisting of numbers and letters (A1/1A; C3/3C, etc.).
Procedure
The coach calls out numbers, letters, or number-letter combinations. The players assigned to those designations (or the single player) must immediately run a lap around their group or the entire group (depending on the coach's comma d). The coach has several options: a) He can call a number, e.g., 2. Then all players in column 2 run. b) He can call a letter, e.g., B. Then all players in row B run. c) He can call a letter-number combination, e.g., B2. Then only Player B in row 2 (widthwise) runs. d) He can call a number-letter combination, e.g., 2B. Then only Player B in row 2 (lengthwise) runs.ne) He can call multiple columns/rows or multiple players simultaneously, e.g., A 1 to 4 or 3 D to A or B2 and C3, etc.
Tip
When sprinting, start in a staggered stance on the balls of the feet. At the beginning, the upper body leans far forward, the centre of gravity is at hip height, eyes look down. After pushing off powerfully through the balls of the feet, the upper body gradually straightens, eyes lift, and stride frequency increases. The arms move in alternation with the legs (right leg forward, left arm forward, and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the balls of the feet, the foot rolls through the whole foot (heel to sole to ball of the foot), the upper body is upright and still, stride frequency increases to maximum. - 4 cones
