According to the graphic, four small cones are set up in front of the gate. One player goes to each of the two cones near the goal, the other players to the two goals away. Two more cones are positioned a little more centrally and further away from the goal. The trainer is in the middle of these two cones. The balls are with the coach and the players. There should be no more than 8-12 players per station.
Players A and B stand with their backs to the goal. As soon as the coach drops the ball, they turn and A plays a one-two with C and B with D. Then both sprint around their respective middle cones and try to get the ball rolled / passed / thrown by the trainer towards the goal and to get to the end of the goal before the other. Variant: If the double pass is not played cleanly at the beginning and, for example, misses the player, the player has to circle the middle cone once before he can sprint to the ball.
- The aim is to train perception, anticipation, reaction and fast-explosive, direction-changing attempts paired with techniques appropriate to the game (taking the ball, shooting a goal). - Fast, short turns. - As in the game, there are changes in direction over shorter distances. - Close ball traction with a ball contact. - When shooting a goal / double pass, pay attention to the sharpness and accuracy of the pass. - The sprint is started in step position on the footpads. At the beginning, the upper body is bent forward, the center of gravity is at the waist, the view goes towards the ground. After applying pressure on the footpads, the upper body is gradually raised, the gaze rises and the cadence increases. The arms are actively moved alternately with the leg movement (if the right leg goes forward, the left arm goes forward and vice versa). After the first 3-4 steps on the footpads, the entire foot is rolled (heel-> sole-> footpads), the upper body is upright and calm, the step frequency increases to the maximum. - 2 cones
