  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players

Setup

One round takes about 10 seconds or 8-10 jumps. The number of players is unlimited. Two cones can mark the start and end.

Procedure

The players jump explosively upwards on the footpads with both legs. At the moment of take-off, the legs are straight and the arms support the take-off by being thrown upwards. The upper body is stretched and points in the direction of the jump. When it comes up, the knees are bent and the torso lowered so that you can immediately regain momentum and jump off impulsively.

Tip

- The palms of the hands are open (makes 3/100 seconds difference to a sprinter). - The upper body is bent slightly forward. - Quick, short movements. - Short ground contact time. - The jumps go up. - You get momentum with your arms. - Strenuous exercise. - Do not step with your whole foot.
