Procedure
The player in front of the goal heads the balls toward the goal... - from a standing position. - from a jump, with one and then with both feet. - as a diving header.
Tip
- It is crucial that the throws are executed precisely (with both hands). - Do not throw a "rainbow" arc (the ball's trajectory should rise slightly and linearly). - Throw the ball with momentum, but not too hard. - The contact surface for the header is the forehead. - The power for the header comes from the arching of the upper body (hollow back position). - For a diving header or a header after jumping, the player pushes off with the balls of the feet. - 3 cones, 1 full-size goal(s)
