Setup

  • 10 cones
  • 6 rings
  • 2-3 goals
  • 1 mini-goal
  • 8 cones
  • Several balls

Procedure

The stations are completed one after another.

Station 1: The player starts with dribbling through the cones.
Station 2: The ball is passed around the rings, and the rings are crossed with short, quick steps.
Station 3: Take the ball again and dribble around the rear cone.
Station 4: Cross a cross into the goal and run to Station 5 behind the goal at an easy jog.
Station 5: Speed dribble straight ahead and then to the right to Station 6.
Station 6: Cross the blue square with juggling.
Station 7: Speed dribble to Station 8.
Station 8: Shoot the ball into the goal. If not scored, then penalty lap (sprint around the penalty spot with 80% intensity).
Station 9: Sprint to Station 10.
Station 10: Take 3 target shots on goal.

Tip

Coaching Points:

  • In the course, a maximum of 4-5 players should participate, the rest can play a game or rondos. After 2 rounds, switch.
  • Intensity at 70-80% to properly train the technical factor.
