A square is marked out with ten cones (yellow). In this square, another square with four cones is built (red). Ten players go into this, each with their own ball.
The players dribble in the field marked with red cones. At the command of the trainer, everyone has to dribble to a yellow cone at top speed. Since there are only ten yellow cones but 11 players, one remains. The trainer indicates different dribbling variations or fints in the red square. Rules: The player who reacts too slowly must e.g. Do 5 push-ups or have ball service. Another possibility: The player who was the slowest most at the end of the game has to do something for the team.
- The players have to be highly concentrated because they have to react as quickly as possible to the trainer's command. - Clean, tight ball control and technically clear execution of the feint. - 14 cones
