With different training materials (cones, rings, hurdles, benches), a dribble course is set up according to the graphic. The players line up with the ball on the lower left cone in front of Station I.

Procedure

Staton I: Slalom dribbling with the right / left inside. Station II: double pass with a bank. Station III: inner slalom with the right / left inner side. Station IV: Lob to the bench. Station V: Ball guidance through the course. Play the ball through the cone gate, walk around the cone gate without a ball, then circle the next inner cone with the ball, etc. Station VI: Slalom dribbling through the cone course, alternating with the right / left outside. Station VII: Fit the ball to the yellow cone and jump over the mini hurdles in skipping or alternatively sidestep, sideskipping. Then immediately sprint to station VIII. Station VIII: In the direction of the arrow through the rings with two foot touches in each ring (in lateral, forward or backward skipping or sideskipping). The whole thing at top speed. Then sprint around the red cone and up to the yellow cone. Pick up the ball and dribble to Station I.

Tip

- Walk on the footpads, not all the way. - Loose, light-footed appearance, no trampling or pounding. - All exercises are carried out with a ball. - Fast, tight ball control. - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the start of dribbling. When he stops and pulls the ball back he straightens up a bit. - Do not lean towads your back. - The arms are angled in the elbow joint and are carried sideways by the body, according to the normal arm movement when running / walking. - The ball is only touched lightly ("gently"). A sensitivity to the ball must be built up. - The gaze should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The passes to the benches must be precisely timed. - 4 ring (s), 30 cones, 4 hurdle (s)
