Setup

Construction of a course according to the graphic. The players are distributed evenly over the stations and line up in a row. The first player at each station has a ball.

Procedure

Station 1: Slalom dribbling inside. Station 2: Slalom dribbling around the cones. Station 3: Slalom dribbling through the cones. Station 4: speed dribbling, always circling a cone with the ball and dribbling past the next. Station 5: speed dribbling in the slalom course with right / left turns around the cones.

Tip

- Walking on footpads, not on your whole foot or heel. - Loose, light-footed appearance, no trampling or pounding. - All exercises are carried out with a ball. - Fast, tight ball control. - Change the direction frequently. - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the start of dribbling. When he stops and pulls back the ball, he straightens up a bit. - Do not lean backwards. - The arms are angled in the elbow joint and are carried sideways by the body, according to the normal arm movement when running / walking. - The ball is only touched lightly ("gently"). A sensitivity for the ball has to be built up. - The gaze should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front) - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The passes through the hurdle gates and over the hurdles must be precisely timed. - 42 cones
