Construction of a course according to the graphic. The players line up in a row, evenly distributed on both sides. The balls are spread over both groups.
Variant 1: Diagonal speed dribbling from cone 1 to cone 2. Then linear tempo dribbling to cone 3 with subsequent shot on goal. After the shot on goal, the player hop runs or skipps to cone 4, followed by a final sprint to cone 5. The group on the right starts. As soon as the player has reached the first cone, the first player of the other group starts. Variant 2: Double climber with pirouette from cone 1 to cone 2, then the ball leads to cone 3. Shot on goal and then skippings or sidesteps to cone 4 with a final sprint to cone 5. Variant 3; Player A passes to player B at cone 1. Player B passes the ball longline directly to cone 2. Player A sprints diagonally to cone 2, dribbling to cone 3. Shot on goal followed by a jump to cone 4 and finaly sprints to cone 5.
- The ball is only touched lightly ("gently"). A sensitivity for the ball has to be built up. - The gaze should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front) - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - Standing leg should be placed 30 - 40 cm to the side of or at the level of the ball. - The upper body is slightly bent over the ball. - Walking on the footpads, not on your whole foot or heel. - Loose, light-footed appearance, no trampling or pounding. - The arms bent at the body move alternately with the legs. Not away from the body (no goal celebration). - Fast, short movements. - 10 cones
