Each player has a ball. Set up a cone square or use free space.
Procedure
Short dribble followed by a double pirouette right/left. Then guide the ball backward with the sole of the foot in a skipping motion, alternating two touches each with right/left. 1-6: Pirouette/start with right 7-11: Pirouette/opposite direction/start with left 12-15: Two skipping touches each right/leftn
Tip
Pirouette: - The player starts with a dribble. When initiating the pirouette with the right foot, he places the right sole on the ball (the knee forms a 90-degree angle), turns 180 degrees to the left (left shoulder goes back), and places the right foot to the left of the ball. With the second touch, the ball is pulled backward with the left sole (left leg bent as before with the right) and another 180-degree turn is made. Now the player is back in the starting position. During this movement, the left leg is placed to the left of the ball and the ball is continued with the right outside of the foot to the right side. - First practise slowly. - For the correct turn, the hand can touch the shoulder toward which the turn is made. - Quick, fluid movement. Skipping/sole of the foot: - The upper body is slightly leaned backward. - Move on the balls of the feet (don't land on the heels). - Toes are pulled up. - Short ground contact time. - 4 cones
