Setup a box with cones. 4 players start at each cone, place a cone/pole/flag in the middle.
Procedure
The first players at cones A and D start dribbling towards the centre marking and carry out a trick (called from the coach) just before the marker. After the marker, the players dribble diagonally to the opposite cone. The first players at cones B and C then start with the same procedure as soon as players A and D have passed the middle marker. Variation: The players dribble towards the marker in the middle, complete the trick called out by the coach and then dribble back to their original cone.
Tip
5 cones, - It is essential that the players start at the same time. \n- If the players have to complete a dummy-shot trick then they must complete them at the same time and ensure that they both complete the trick with the same foot and pass the middle marker on opposite sides. \n- Fundamentally the following rules should be followed when completing all tricks: tricks are dummies. As a result the position of the upper body is important. It is the movement of the upper body which distracts the opponent. Drills should always be trained with both feet. Players should have as many touches of the ball as possible, always have the ball under control, control the ball close to their body so that their opponent cannot get to the ball. The trick should be carried out approx. 1-2 meters from the cone, which represents an opponent.
