Setup

Construction of a cone square.

Procedure

a) The blue players dribble with the ball in the square and play double passes with the red outside players. b) The red players have the ball in hand and throw it to the oncoming blue players, they play it back with the head, the inside, the instep or with a combination such as chest-thigh instep, head-thigh instep etc. , c) The blue players play a double pass and make a feint as a follow-up action (e.g. overshoot, scint feint, pirouette, tick off). d) The blue players play a double pass and then the blue player again fits the red player and then changes positions with him. e) Juggling for two. A round always lasts 60 seconds, after which the players change.

Tip

to a) tight ball guidance, many contacts, change of direction and speed, different dribble variants (instep, inside, sole etc.); Passing play with right and left, fixed and precise pass, the pass from the outside player can be made directly to the pass giver or in his path. If the ball is passed onto the player, he should turn with the ball acceptance and start in the opposite direction; if the ball is fitted into the running path, the ball should be sprinted directly to the ball and checked. to b) Throw precisely with both hands, do not throw balls as an "arc lamp", but only slightly from bottom to top. Head ball game: target area for the Ball is the forehead, swing through "arch tension" (hollow cross), arms are angled and are jerkily moved to the body when touching the ball. Inside: turn your ankle fully (90 degrees), move your foot upwards towards the ball. Fix the ankle at the moment of touching the ball. Chest: Upper body goes into a slight reserve, frontal alignment to the ball, after draining the ball is played back with the full span from the air. for c) ball guidance see a; use different feint (pirouette, overshoot, American fake etc.), short sprint after feint. to d) See a. to e) When juggling go 2-3 meters apart, different juggling techniques (full span, thigh, head ...) and juggling combinations (foot-head-thigh; right foot - right thigh - left thigh - left foot ...) apply. Upper body is upright. When juggling, open your instep with your foot. The target area is the top of the foot -> no rotation of the ball. - 4 cones
