On the field, four cone squares are built up according to the graphics. Three players go into each of the four cone squares. Every player has a ball.
The teams have to perform different technical tasks in each square. At the trainer's signal, they switch to the next field with the next, new technical task in speed dribbling according to the given walking routes. The routes of the groups are alternately always diagonal and then vertical (see arrows graphic). Suggestions for the assignment of the technical tasks in the quadrilaterals: - White quadrilateral: various fakes (e.g. climbers or pirouette). - Red square: juggling (e.g. 2x foot, then 2x thigh, etc.). - Yellow square: Different ball guiding techniques (e.g. ball only lead with the right inside or only with the sole of the foot). - Blue square: coordinative exercises with a ball (e.g. shoot the ball up and take it with you on the inside).
- Always demand concentration, accuracy and speed. - Do the individual exercises in front of the group at the beginning. Then let the players imitate what they have seen and go into error correction or explain the details of the respective technique. - Correct the errors again and again so that no wrong automatisms are imported. - Always have exercises carried out with both feet. - Emphasize the accentuated execution of the body illusions. - Cone quadrangles should be run to at a high pace. - 16 cones
