Technique training to warm up

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Progression
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players

Setup

Construction of a cone square according to the drawing.

Procedure

Exercise variants: a) Shadow walking: The players go together in pairs. Each player has a ball. The person in front runs in the inner square and makes movements / feintings which the person behind has to imitate. b) The couple play the ball in the inner square. You can then make a feint in front of each pass. c) Handball in the inner square with the aim of placing the ball in the target area (area between red hat and yellow hat). The players must not take more than three steps and should not let the ball bounce. d) Football in the inner square with the goal of dribbling over the line into the target field. e) 6 players dribble with a ball in a square. 6 more are distributed around the outside of the square and act as a double pass partner. f) 6 players outside the square have a ball. The players in the square are in motion and constantly demand the ball, which is thrown at them half-high. You have to play it back with the inside. Change after a minute. g) The 6 players outside the square have a ball, the players in the square move and demand the ball, which is thrown at them in the chest, accepted and played back. Change after a minute. h) The 6 players outside the square have a ball, the players in the square move and demand the ball, which is thrown on their heads and headed back. Change after a minute.

Tip

Execution technique instep dribbling - The ankle must be open. - Bend your leg. - Only touch the ball very lightly (fine technique). - Walk around the ball when changing direction. - The upper body is bent forward. - Alternately look at the ball and upwards. Design technology Dribbling inside - the foot is slightly turned inwards. - The toes are slightly raised. - The ball gets a slight spin. - Alternating posture of the upper body between upright and bent forward. - If the ball is led with the right, the player runs a slight left turn, if it is led with the left, correspondingly a right turn. Execution technique Dribbling outside - The foot is slightly turned outwards and opened downwards. - The ball is touched with the front outer instep and a little bit with the full span (maximum the outer three toes) - The toes are rather pushed down a little. - The ball gets a slight spin. - Alternating posture of the upper body between upright and bent forward. - If the ball is led with the right, the player runs a slight left turn, if it is led with the left, correspondingly a right turn. - Is the best technique for linear tempo dribbling. - When taking with the outer instep, the upper body is slightly turned inwards. The foot is also (slightly) turned inwards. The ankle is open. Execution technique Fins-fins are delusions of the body. So you have to pay attention to the movement of the upper body. Always have the exercises done with both feet. Many contacts on the ball, always control the ball and keep it close to the foot so that the opponent does not get to the ball. - The aim is to play off the opponent and to hang out, therefore important: increase the pace after the feint execution (short sprint over approx. 2 meters). Start slowly, then get faster and faster in the course of the exercise. To memorize fakes, the following applies: Correcting, pointing and talking.
Execution technique fitting techniques - General - - The supporting leg should be placed 30-40 cm to the side of or at the level of the ball. - The upper body is slightly bent over the ball. - The foot is swung from top to bottom. - When moving the arms, note the following: when fitting with the right inside, the left arm goes to the right hip; with a pass with the left inside, the right arm goes to the left hip. - The arm that is closest to the weft leg follows the movement of the leg (if you shoot with the right, the right arm moves backwards and the left arm forwards), the gaze is on the ball at the moment of the shot directed. - The player expecting the pass goes into a short counter-movement at the same time as the pass-out movement of the pass-giver or runs towards the pass-passer and accepts the pass in the forward movement and with (1 contact) or passes on directly. - The pass should be played in the path of the ball-waiting starter. - The pass player must observe the path of the player waiting for the ball. - The passport recipient starts the movement with the pass player's outward movement. - Volley: When volleying the upper body should be slightly bent forward and the ball should be hit at a low point (not too high). This gives the ball greater pressure and greater accuracy. - 8 cones
