Eight cones are positioned as specified. The exercise begins at the cone occupied by two players.
First, A passes the ball through the cone goal, where Player B must receive and control the lane pass out of a turn and moves to the next cone in a speed dribble. Then B plays a short pass to C. A takes the position of B and B positions himself at Player C's cone. Then the same passing sequence continues in the cycle (C + D) as described.
- The ball-expecting player starts his counter-movement simultaneously with the passer's backswing. - Do not place the plant foot too far from the ball and make sure the players do not lean backward. - Pass timing and start timing are decisive. - Often the players run faster than the pass or start too late. - Demand pass sharpness and accuracy. - Clean speed dribbling with short steps. The ball-carrying distance should not be greater than 50 centimetres. - 8 cones
