One pass takes about 10 seconds. The number of players is unlimited. Two cones can mark the start and end.
The players move forward on the Footpads and alternately throw their left and right legs forward. The upper body is upright or leaning back slightly. The arms make fast scissor movements forwards and backwards.
- The palms of the hands are open (makes 3/100 seconds difference in a sprinter). - Loose, light-footed manner, no trampling or stamping. - The arms bent on the body move alternately with the legs. Not away from the body (no goal celebration). - As diagonally as possible (left arm / right foot and vice versa) - The upper body is bent back slightly and the legs stretched forward. - Quick, short movements. - Short ground contact time.
