Setup

One pass takes about 10 seconds. The number of players is unlimited. For example, two cones can mark the start and the end.

Procedure

The players move forwards or backwards on their footpads and alternately throw their left and right legs forward or backward. The upper body is upright or leaning back slightly. When throwing the legs backwards, the upper body is bent forward. The arms make scissor movements forwards and backwards.

Tip

- The palms of the hands are open (makes 3/100 seconds in a sprinter). - Loose, light-footed manner, no trampling or stamping. - The arms bent on the body move alternately with the legs. Not away from the body (no goal celebration). - As diagonally as possible (left arm / right foot and vice versa) - The upper body is bent back slightly and the legs stretched forward. - Quick, short movements. - Short ground contact time.
