Goalkeeper with ball.
Procedure
The goalkeeper takes a wide-legged stance (legs about 50-70 cm apart). He bends forward with the ball between his hands and throws the ball sideways through the legs behind him. He then quickly turns toward the ball and catches it before it touches the ground.
Tip
- The upper body is bent forward in the starting position. - The legs are bent (squat position). - The feet slightly go onto the balls of the feet during the upward throwing motion. - After releasing the ball, the player explosively but smoothly rotates his upper body to the side. - The rotation comes from a hip turn.
