Set up one cone per player on the field. The cones should be laid out so that each player has enough space to practice without being disturbed by the other players. One ball per player.
Procedure
The players juggle the ball. After a certain number of touches the players should then play the ball into the air, spin 360 degrees and then control the ball with the instep or outstep. After controlling the ball with their first touch, the players should turn 180 degrees and then perform a short sprint (approx. 2m). The sequence then starts again from the start.
Tip
1 cones or more, - The player can decide whether he hits the ball straight up into the air or slightly forwards. The player should try to control the ball out of the air while standing still and while in movement. - It is important that the ball is brought under control with the player
